Aledo ISD Empower 2026

This session will focus on helping Physical Education teachers strengthen their yearly planning through backward design. Participants will explore the question: Should PE teachers use unit plans, or is there a more effective way to structure instruction throughout the year? Participants are encouraged to bring a couple of their favorite lessons to share with the group. These lessons will be used during a collaborative portion of the session where teachers can exchange ideas and learn new activities that can be immediately implemented in their gyms or classrooms.
